Terms and conditions


Below are the terms and conditions for booking TTM Workshops, Mentoring, and/or Practical Assessments with us. You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions when booking any training through Training and Mentoring NZ.

Booking Terms and Conditions

  • An admin fee of 25% of the full booking fee applies when the cancellation is received between 7 and 1 working days before the booking.
  • An admin fee of 50% of the full booking fee applies when the cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the booking.
  • An admin charge of $50.00 for all transfers requested seven (7) working days or less before the booking.
  • Full payment on the booking fee applies once the booking has commenced.
  • All participant exchanges may be made at no cost provided that this is notified to us prior to the booking.
  • In the event that an attendee is off work due to illness or bereavement leave, please provide documented evidence and we will transfer the attendee at no additional cost. However if the same attendee subsequently cancels the booking, an admin fee of $100.00 applies.

Prerequisites for our Workshops

Please ensure you (or your attendees) meet the prerequisite(s) for the workshop(s) you are booking on. If you do not meet the prerequisite(s), you will NOT be permitted to attend the workshop, and if our standard cancellation criteria are not met, the workshop will be fully chargeable.

Payment Terms and Conditions

If you have an account with us:

  • Please select the correct company details when making your booking.
  • Please ensure the email address for invoicing is set to your accounts payable contact.
  • Please provide a valid purchase order number at the time of booking.
  • Payment is expected on the 20th day of the month following the booking date.

If you do not have an account with us:

  • Please enter the correct company or personal details when making your booking.
  • Please ensure the email address for invoicing is set to your accounts payable contact.
  • Please provide a valid purchase order number at the time of booking (this is required even if you are an individual - just use your first name).
  • If you are booking on a course that will take place within the next 7 days, payment is expected immediately to secure your booking.
  • If you are booking on a course that will take place within the next 14 days, payment is expected at least 7 days prior to your booking.
  • If you are booking on a course that will take place more than 14 days away, payment is expected within 7 days of the booking date.
